About the role
Put your passion to purpose! Take that next step in your career and develop your leadership skills in this unique opportunity, for a permanent full time Room Leader at our beautiful Piara Waters Early Learning Centre, featuring custom designed facilities on beautiful grounds.
Excel your career and do what you do best, supporting children’s learning and development, creating a safe, nurturing, educational and enjoyable environment for our little ones, in their ‘home away from home’. In this role you’ll plan and implement fun and interactive programs that will spark a child’s imagination while ensuring the smooth-running operation of routines and curriculums, creating an optimal environment where children can learn and grow.
About you
Your energy and passion for children’s learning and development will be second to none! You’ll be the ‘rock’ for the team with a measured approach to the day to day demands and the ability to provide sound guidance and support where required, always looking to improve and uplift the experience of the children in your care and overall service delivery.
Your resilience and ‘can do’ collaborative approach will shine through in this role where ‘team work makes the dream work’ literally!
You will have the following:
- AQF Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent
- Prior Room Leader experience is not essential!
- Experience in developing and implementing programs
- A passion for supporting children to learn and grow
- Working with Children Check
- Provide First Aid (HTLAID012) and CPR
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
