Position Overview
Techie International College is seeking a detail-oriented and organized RTO Manager to support the operational delivery of training and compliance processes within our Registered Training Organization. This role is designed to assist with the coordination of day-to-day RTO functions while ensuring all activities remain compliant and student-focused.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Support
- Assist in coordinating daily RTO functions including class schedules, trainer availability, and student support.
- Maintain up-to-date training and assessment documentation as directed.
- Support communication between trainers, students, and admin teams regarding academic activities.
- Help prepare documents and evidence for internal checks and audits (under direction).
2. Compliance Administration
- Ensure records are accurately maintained in accordance with RTO and CRICOS standards.
- Assist in monitoring student attendance and course progress.
- Support basic compliance activities such as validation session planning and file audits.
- Follow clear guidelines and report compliance risks immediately.
3. Team Coordination (Limited Scope)
- Coordinate trainer rosters and schedules.
- Support trainers in accessing required resources and understanding academic procedures.
- Monitor submission of assessment records and flag delays or concerns.
4. Student & Admin Liaison
- Respond to student enquiries related to timetable, attendance, and academic support.
- Assist admissions and admin teams in document tracking, progress monitoring, and file updates.
- Support student orientation and induction sessions as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an RTO or CRICOS administrative or coordination role
- Basic understanding of Standards for RTOs 2015 and ESOS Framework
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and student management systems (training can be provided)
Desirable
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with international students

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,485.38 – $95,000.00 per year
