THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to the imminent growth and expansion of our client's business we are seeking a mature, experienced Sales and Administration Assistant to assist in the daily running of a modern self-storage facility in Abbotsford. You will be needed from 0830-1700 on Monday to Friday and - occasionally - on Saturday. Initial training will take place in their Moorabbin facility after which you will assume responsibility for the site in Abbortsford. This role will suit a switched-on go-getter who loves dealing with people and relishes the challenge of growing their customer base.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
This is an interesting and varied role which will draw on your excellent customer service, admin and sales skills as you:-
respond to the needs of existing customers
handle all telephone, email and walk-in enquiries
liaise with customers and help them satisfy their self-storage needs
sign up customers, take payments and update customer records
ensure customer loyalty by offering exceptional follow-up service and support
take an active interest in securing new customers
be the face of the business by delivering friendly, flawless, customer care.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:-
To be successful in this role you will need a range of practical skills and experience including:-
Fast accurate typing
Flawless written and spoken English
A clear, confident telephone manner
Strong admin and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in (or an aptitude to learn/use/update) our client's CRM software
Although not essential, a background in real estate or property will be very highly regarded.
