Position Overview
As our Sales and Distribution Manager, you will oversee the sales strategy and distribution network for our butcher shop while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve managing logistics, coordinating deliveries, building client relationships, and increasing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our customer base and revenue.
· Manage distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
· Maintain and build relationships with retail and wholesale clients.
· Monitor market trends and identify areas for growth and improvement.
· Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all distribution processes.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
· Proven experience in sales, distribution, or logistics management, preferably in the food industry.
· Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain logistics.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
· Proficiency in using sales and logistics software.
· Knowledge of health and safety standards in food distribution.
