Inlogik are looking for a Sales and Partnership Officer to achieve sales profitability and growth by growing partnerships and signing new customers. This will by effectively meeting agreed sales targets and promoting Inlogik’s presence and product within your assigned region and portfolio of clients.
You will work closely with the Sales and Account Management team, to assist the them with service delivery of existing client systems, utilising existing database and networks of contacts to generate new business and continue to grow your portfolio. You will be a positive communicator with the ability to manage and troubleshoot day-to-day issues that arise to successfully deliver our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in new business development activities.
- Partner presentations, demonstrations and 1:1 education session.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner organisations to maximise new referral and sale opportunities.
- Build and maintain register of current partner contacts.
- Assist in maintaining a pipeline of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
- Collate the information to facilitate the preparation of detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective client.
- Display a complete understanding of Inlogik pricing and proposal models resulting in effective negotiation of price, costs, delivery and product implementation requirements with potential clients.
- Gain a clear understanding of potential clients’ businesses and requirements and manage the client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle and participate in the Implementation phase
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in banking or tech sales teams, or similar field.
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships, proposal preparation, CRM data management and reporting.
- Strong networking and customer service background.
- Great communication skills, ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, highly motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work with changing priorities with excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to help, ability to use initiative and ask for assistance when needed.
- Interpersonal skills, problem solving skills.
Nice to Have (if applicable)
- Experience updating a CRM (Hubspot or similar). MS Suite including knowledge with formulas, pivot tables and charts using excel.
