The Position
We are seeking an extroverted individual who has the gift of the gab, they are able to speak clearly and confidently and have an excellent attitude. We will train and develop this person through our business to be the best they can be.
Experience with inventory management, wholesale sales, and CRM software is preferred, although the only things required are a positive attitude, great work ethic, and passion for board games!

Key Resposibilities
- Maintain our current customer listing and quickly dealing with all customer's inquiries & issues.
- Attracting new customers through frequent market research, telephone contact, industry forums, advertising campaigns, and organising promotional material.
- Create marketing material to distribute to our growing customer base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business and increase market share in the board game industry.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, publishers, and partners.
- Identify and monitor market trends for board games, miniatures, RPGs, TCGs, puzzles, novelties and toys.
- Maintain a strong technical understanding of the products.
- Exhibiting at domestic trade shows both B2B and B2C.
- Working with our cloud based inventory management system and CRM.
- Liaising with internal departments.
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
Key Criteria
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A passion for board games.
- Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheets such as Excel and Google Sheets.
- Marketing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service or sales.
- Experience or sound knowledge of the board game and/or toy industry would be considered favorably.
- Inspired by exceeding client expectations.
- Self motivated & results driven.
- Driver's licence.
- Permanent residency/right to work in Australia essential.
