Team Global Express have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Sales Incentive Administrator to join our Commercial Operations team based in Banksmeadow or Eastern Creek site.

You will support the efficient and accurate execution of our Sales Incentive Program (SIP) . You will also be responsible for ensuring incentive data is correctly processed, letters and documentation are delivered on time, and queries are resolved efficiently, all contributing to the smooth operation of our high-performing sales function.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating across teams including Finance, Sales, and Performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute monthly Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) letters to eligible employees

  • Administer incentive processes, including exceptions, adjustments, and compliance

  • Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation

  • Partner with Finance to ensure alignment of incentive inputs and reports

  • Provide timely first-level support for SIP-related queries

  • Support testing and validation of SIP updates and process changes

  • Work closely with the Sales Performance & Incentive Transformation Manager to align to the approved SIP design and support continuous improvement opportunities

About You

You are methodical, reliable, and excel at managing details. You enjoy creating clarity from complexity, are comfortable navigating data, and take pride in accurate, timely delivery.

We are looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in sales support, administration, or payroll operations

  • Strong Excel and documentation skills

  • Experience working in commercial or sales-driven environments

  • Familiarity with incentive calculation tools, Power BI or automation tools (advantageous)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

  • High attention to compliance, accuracy, and process

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales and Operations
