We are currently looking for a New Vehicle Sales Manager to join the team at Kia Warwick Farm.
What the role entails:
- Establish, monitor and ensure long- and short-term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met
- Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI
- Mentoring and coaching sales team
- Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience.
- Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities
What we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry
- 3- 5 years experience working within a Sales role
- Proven automotive sales management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in a sales role, with a proven sales record in meeting KPIs targets
- Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
- C-Class current driver's license
