The Role
As a Sales Representative at Good Drinks Australia, based in our SA, you will play a key role within the Sales & Marketing team. This permanent full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales within the SA region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide product knowledge and support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities
- Report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective clients within the SA region
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and marketing, to ensure efficient delivery of products and services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM software
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions as required
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and best practices in sales techniques
