About the role and where you will be working:
Our Home Care team is on the lookout for timekeeper/scheduler for our Perth Metro Home Care (working from home and Rivervale office).
This role assists with planning Home care service delivery and responding to changes in staff availability / absences so we can avoid service cancellation. Your quick thinking and problem-solving skills will ensure we can continue to deliver our services to clients.
This is a fixed term role with the potential to go permanent.
We’ll be asking you to:
- Oversee verification of timesheets
- Assist with incoming and outbound calls
- Plan schedules that meet client needs as required
- Understand the importance of both our clients’ needs
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
- Respond quickly to problems & be prepared for the unexpected
Your role is very important to us – effective planning, timekeeping and scheduling means we can continue to meet accreditation requirements and look after our clients.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have experience using Sandwai Scheduling or a similar scheduling/rostering software. You should enjoy tackling problems, working with a diverse group of people and love a challenge. You have an understanding of the importance of delivering services, excellent communication skills and knowledge of the industry.
Our team is here to train, support and ensure your success in role. We’re hoping you’ll be a quick learner, strong attention to detail, easily able to pick up new systems and processes and have experience in a similar position previously.
Important to us also is that you are happy to have a laugh, enjoy sharing food and love pitching in to help out the team.
