CONSTANT Security is seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Site Manager to oversee daily operations for one of our corporate clients. This is a key leadership position offering stability, professionalism, and an excellent work-life balance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and coordinating all daily security operations.
- Supervising and mentoring a team of security officers.
- Managing access control systems and ensuring secure entry for staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Monitoring CCTV systems and responding proactively to potential threats.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all security matters, including emergency response.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional, visible presence.
- Ensuring compliance with all security protocols, legislation, and industry regulations.
- Building strong working relationships with client representatives and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid Certificate.
- NSW Security License.
- Demonstrated experience in a security leadership role within a corporate/concierge environment.
- High level of computer literacy and initiative, including experience with advanced security systems.
- Experience in security audits, compliance, and incident reporting.
