We are seeking an experienced Senior IMMR Engineer to lead the development and execution of integrity monitoring, maintenance, and reliability strategies across offshore oil and gas assets. This role will also play a key part in front-end engineering design (FEED) phases, ensuring that integrity, inspection, and reliability considerations are embedded early in project development and carried through to operations.

What you’ll do
- Lead FEED-stage IMMR deliverables (e.g., Integrity Plans, RAM studies, BoD inputs).
- Integrate IMMR into P&IDs, line lists, and layouts with cross-discipline teams.
- Support HAZID/HAZOP; translate findings into inspection and maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance of FEED outputs with standards and regulations.
- Contribute to lifecycle cost, maintenance planning, and offshore intervention scopes.
- Manage offshore monitoring programs (corrosion, structural, vibration, condition).
- Analyse inspection data, perform assessments, and recommend mitigations.
- Develop maintenance strategies using RCM and risk-based methods.
- Maintain CMMS (SAP/Maximo), track compliance, and manage backlog.
- Drive reliability via RCA, FMEA, RAM, and failure trend analysis.
- Provide IMMR expertise, mentor engineers, and liaise with regulators and contractors.
What you’ll have
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Offshore or Reliability Engineering (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in offshore oil & gas IMMR roles, with demonstrable FEED and operational interface experience.
- Strong knowledge of Australian offshore regulations (e.g., NOPSEMA, AS/NZS standards).
- Proficiency in CMMS (SAP/Maximo), RBI tools, and reliability modelling platforms.
- Certifications in API 580/581, NACE, or equivalent (preferred).
- Chartered status (CPEng or working toward) desirable.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Proven ability to work across FEED and operational phases of asset development.
- High commitment to safety, integrity, and operational excellence in offshore environments.
