About the role This role isn’t just about testing, we are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst to work in our Platforms teams, solidifying our passion for clean and tested code. You’ll be right at the heart of shaping how our products deliver real value for customers. You’ll drive quality across every stage of our product development lifecycle, working side-by-side with developers and key stakeholders to make sure what we release is robust, reliable, and always focused on customer needs. Your hands-on approach—whether it’s manual or automated testing—ensures our products meet expectations every time.
You’ll set the pace for best-practice testing, refine team processes to align with agile ways of working, and support integration of key features like Document Management across the wider MYOB ecosystem. While deciding on Behavior Driven Testing, you craft a positive team culture by leading, mentoring, and encouraging innovation.
What you will bring- A sharp quality mindset—quality strategies, test plans, test pyramid, TDD and BDD are second nature to you.- Deep understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, from Agile, Lean and Kanban to Continuous Delivery, with the know-how to apply the right approach at the right time.- Well-rounded experience across functional and non-functional testing, covering everything from performance and scalability to reliability.- Hands-on expertise with automation tools and the ability to recommend the best fit for both frontend and backend projects.- A passion for staying ahead of the curve—keeping up with new technologies and practices to make sure MYOB quality remains best-in-class.Our Culture & Benefits At MYOB our values are at the heart of everything we do.
