$105,113 package includes salary ($88,146 - $92,609), employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Service Desk Officer plays a key role in supporting geographically dispersed staff, students, and stakeholders by providing a mix of virtual, on-site, and field support. You will deliver tiered responses through the Digital Solutions Group to listen, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of client requests - from intermittent issues to complex challenges.

Confident in providing technical assistance virtually and on site, you put customers at the heart of your work, responding promptly and effectively to their needs. You’re skilled at identifying issues, resolving them efficiently, and documenting solutions to improve future service delivery.
You’re a strong communicator who values collaboration and teamwork. You know how to explain technical concepts in everyday language, making IT accessible to everyone. Your commitment to clear documentation and continuous improvement helps elevate the service experience for all.
