About the Role
As Service Leader, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the centre, ensuring high-quality care and education for children, a supportive and inspiring environment for educators, and strong partnerships with families and the wider community. You will lead with integrity, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the service
- Build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Mentor and support a team of passionate educators
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and other regulatory requirements
- Develop strong relationships with families and the local community
- Oversee enrolments, budgets, and administrative functions
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in early childhood education
About You
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge relevant legislation
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative and empowering leadership style
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certifications
