Administer and refine eHealth Service Lifecycle and Assurance processes and procedures ensuring they meet the needs of eHealth Queensland's service owners, customers and support teams.
Ensure that the current project lifecycle includes key service assurance activities and templates to provide improved visibility of required transition activities.
Provide a framework for establishing consistent processes for assuring and evaluating the service capability, operational sustainability and risk profile before and after handover to support.
Maintain up-to-date information to enable the robust tracking and reporting on transition and Lifecyle management deliverables and products across the investment and delivery lifecycle.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across internal branches to ensure an end-to-end focus exists for service lifecycle management and assurance processes. This includes advocacy and support for standardisation, continual improvements and embracing innovation and new ways of delivering our services.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
Demonstrated high level understanding of Service Design, Transition and Assurance Management best practice frameworks applicable to a large ICT customer service delivery organisation.
Demonstrated ability to design, implement and promote Service Lifecycle and Assurance Management processes within a large, complex service delivery organisation.
Advanced interpersonal, communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills incorporating the ability to liaise and consult effectively with personnel at all levels within and external to eHealth Queensland.
High level oral and written communication skills, including the ability to compile complex reports, briefs, correspondence, and submissions on behalf of the Senior Director
Demonstrated high level research, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills including the proven capacity to initiate appropriate strategic and operational responses to key issues affecting the enterprise
