- Develop visual representations of business processes to support understanding and informed decision-making.
- Analyse existing processes and data to assess change feasibility, recommend improvements, and define new processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align requirements and deliver optimisation and transition initiatives.
- Create and manage comprehensive transition plans, including staged execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with Change and Communications teams to develop materials and deliver effective communications and training.
- Oversee training, transition execution, progress reporting, and hypercare support to ensure successful handover.
About You
- Proven project management experience, including project delivery and multi-stream coordination.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, technical writing, and clear, concise documentation development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience identifying and resolving process issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and translate discussions into actionable documentation.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage conflicting priorities, and meet objectives.
- SAP experience preferred, with a strong understanding of business impacts and risk mitigation.
