We are looking for a Settlements Officer to join our Shared Services team.
Shared Services refers to the domain within our Product Division that has business ownership and accountability for the common assets and functions used within the Product Division. Shared Services is complex. As the link between other product domains, we are the business owner of over 40 applications.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations the Settlements team is responsible for managing day to day operations for Settlements with our clients and Core Banking Services. Settlements Officers work across all payment types to ensure daily work is actioned within cut-off times and meeting the requirements of our clients and other financial institutions. The key responsibilities of the role are:
Handle the settlement and reporting across all payment types (Visa, MasterCard, Bpay etc)
Build relationships and liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, other Financial Institutions, Vendors and Scheme.
Action and respond to client service requests and other internal requests in a timely, accurate manner to meet SLAs.
Identify and escalate issues and concerns, client complaints, service failures, supplier failures or non-compliance to Cuscal policy.
Contribute towards quality assurance policy and continuous improvement in the Team.
Project related duties as required such as onboarding of Clients, implementation of new initiatives and scheme mandates.
Ensure that both internal and external SLAs are maintained and that all parties are advised in a timely manner of any delays that may occur.
Ensure a zero-settlement error risk is achieved and maintain high levels of continuous improvement of partnership with all clients.

High level of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Ability to follow procedures to meet deadlines throughout the day Advanced excel skills desirable
Strong technology experience and ability to master multiple systems and applications.
