Hawkesbury Race Club is seeking enthusiastic and a reliable snack bar supervisor for all upcoming Raceday's
To be successful in the role you must have the following:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure all customers have a great experience at the Hawkesbury Race Club
- Work at FOH and BOH ensure smooth service
- Food preparation
- Cooking and assembling orders
- General clean up and wash up
- Serving customers
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking a range of grilled items to meet customer orders
- Ensuring all food items are prepared and presented to the highest standard
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and handling cash and payments when you are available.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing food service role
- Strong cooking and food preparation skills, with the ability to work efficiently on a grill
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Good time management and the ability to work well under pressure
- Awareness of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
About you:
- Must be available to work on weekdays and weekends when required. Please specify your availabilities in your resume.
- Previous experience working in fast paced fast-food business
- Be a people person, have a genuine interest and passion for food and customer service
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
- Ability to exceed through stressful situations
- Organized, Punctual, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude
