Position Title: Social Worker
Classification: SC21 – Social Worker GR2 Y1
Salary per hour: $45.66 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 40 hours per fortnight
Award: Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise agreement 2021-2026
Role Description
Heathcote Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to deliver high quality services across our hospital, aged care and community-based settings.
This role plays a vital part in improving health outcomes through a multi-disciplinary approach, supporting patients and families through complex health and social challenges.
About you
Essential
- Recognised university qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work
- Eligibility for membership of AASW
- Current Driver's Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check Desirable
Desirable
- Completion of Health Coaching or Motivational Interviewing training
- Post graduate studies in relevant clinical or professional areas
