Job Description
Join our dynamic culinary team as a Steward and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen areas. You will collaborate closely with the Kitchen Team to:
- Ensure all food and beverage spaces are tidy.
- Adhere to Health and Hygiene regulations and employ proper food handling techniques.
- Prepare and ensure the availability of mise en place as needed.
- Support other areas of the kitchen and collaborate with the chef on duty.

Qualifications
- Service-oriented with an eye for detail
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferred
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
