We’re currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Stock Integrity Analyst to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our inventory data and support our growth ambitions.

What You’ll Do:
As our Stock Integrity Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in managing stock integrity across all our locations and systems. Your focus will be on maintaining robust stock control processes, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with key stakeholders, you’ll ensure our inventory strategies align with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain stock control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy across all sites.
  • Lead and oversee regular stocktakes, cycle counts, and audits across our retail stores, distribution centre, and non-physical locations.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, taking proactive steps to maintain accurate data.
  • Analyse inventory trends and provide actionable insights to reduce shrinkage, improve forecasting, and enhance stock availability.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of stock transfers, ensuring data integrity across all systems.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, retail, and procurement teams to ensure smooth stock movement and reconciliation.
  • Own the stock inbox, addressing queries and delivery issues with efficiency and care.
  • Develop and report on inventory KPIs and dashboards, sharing insights with key stakeholders.
  • Support and train operational staff on inventory procedures and best practices, fostering a culture of stock integrity excellence.
  • Lead or support stock-related projects and system upgrades to enhance overall stock accuracy and performance.

  • You’re highly analytical, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data integrity.
  • You’re experienced in stock control, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a track record of driving improvements.
  • You’re a proactive problem-solver who loves diving into data and turning insights into action.
  • You’re adaptable, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
