About Us:
Pilbara Motor Group has proudly served the Pilbara region for over 22 years, starting as a small dealership in Port Hedland. Today, we operate 6 locations across the Pilbara, representing leading automotive brands such as Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Suzuki, and Isuzu Ute. Our team of over 200 local employees is committed to delivering outstanding service across WA.
Supporting our regional dealerships is our Welshpool-based operation – Perth Motor Bodies – which includes a pre-delivery workshop, fabrication facility, paint shop, and corporate office. You’ll be joining a fast-paced and friendly environment that supports large-scale vehicle builds and deliveries.
The Role:
As a Storeperson, you'll play a crucial part in the efficient management of parts, accessories, and materials that support our workshop and fabrication teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing external orders
- Arranging dispatch and coordinating deliveries
- Stock receipting, control, and inventory management
- Identifying and sourcing automotive parts and components
- Operating a forklift to manage stock and materials
- Preparing invoices and maintaining order records
- Customer interaction and catalogue consultation
- Deliveries and pickups of parts and materials as required
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Current C class driver’s licence (essential)
- Forklift licence (highly regarded)
- Strong technical parts knowledge within the automotive industry
- Previous experience in a dealership or similar parts environment preferred
- Familiarity with Tune/Revolution dealer management system (advantageous)
- Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy
