About the Role
The Trinity College Pathways School including Trinity College Foundation Studies (TCFS), is a one-year course which prepares able overseas students for undergraduate entry to the University of Melbourne and other leading Australian universities.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised leader to join our team as the Student Experience Manager at the School. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the Student Experience team and oversee key areas such as student orientation, clubs, events, valedictory ceremonies, and broader recreational and educational experiences.
Reporting to the Deputy Dean of Student Success, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing student engagement and wellbeing, supported by data-driven insights and cross-campus collaboration.

Please note, this role requires the incumbent to work from campus full time and between both of the College’s campus locations at 100 Royal Parade, Parkville and 200 Victoria Street, Carlton.
Contract Type: This is a full-time, permanent position
Salary: Band 3 FTE $96,773 plus 17.5% leave loading plus 12% superannuation
