Lead and Develop the Team
- Guide and inspire a diverse team of tattoo artists and support staff.
- Cultivate a thriving studio culture that is positive, inclusive, and professional.
- Drive continuous improvement through regular communication and collaborative goal-setting.
Oversee Daily Operations
- Uphold rigorous standards for studio cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
- Proactively manage inventory, ensuring essential supplies are always on hand.
- Efficiently coordinate appointments for maximum productivity and client satisfaction.
Elevate Client Experience & Drive Growth
- Deliver exceptional service from the initial welcome through post-appointment care.
- Build lasting client relationships that foster loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
- Achieve sales targets by expertly upselling and cross-selling services and products.
- Strategically meet and exceed KPIs, including revenue, retention, and bookings.
What We're Looking For
- Proven management experience, ideally in a tattoo studio or creative environment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A genuine passion for tattoos and the creative arts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
