Purpose of the Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee compliance and quality across Income Protection, TPD, Trauma, Terminal Illness, and Life claims. Your mission? To ensure our claims teams are operating at their best - within risk appetite, with precision, and with customer focus.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting audits across a range of claim types, from lodgement to administration.
- Maintaining and evolving supervision frameworks, checklists, and sampling strategies.
- Reporting insights and trends to drive continuous improvement and mitigate emerging risks.
- Presenting findings to stakeholders and supporting capability uplift.
- Leading calibrations and working groups to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Creating comprehensive supervision and monitoring packs.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in Life Insurance claims, with deep expertise in Income Protection and TPD.
- Strong grasp of LICOP, CHFS, and claims compliance obligations.
- Experience in auditing, quality reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for compliance, customer service, and continuous improvement.
