We are looking for a motivated, safety conscious Supervisor Electrical to influence and drive positive leadership to our dynamic teams of electrical maintainers, enabling them to meet safe productivity, cost, and quality requirements to achieve targets within our operations.

Reporting to the Superintendent Fixed Plant and working in a challenging and exciting environment, you will:
Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team
Ensure all statutory testing and maintenance is carried out and recorded
Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to align on operational plans and strategies
Drive effective cost management initiatives by identifying & implementing cost-saving opportunities
Participate in the preparation of accurate weekly reports and assigning tasks to team members
Managing the day-to-day operations through SAP
Championing continuous improvement by identifying and implementing changes to optimise work practices and provide technical solutions to improve plant performance
What you’ll bring
Proactive approach with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture
Leadership experience and confident in leading, developing and coaching team members
Experience in electrical fixed plant maintenance
Demonstrated ability in meeting targets and bringing the team on a journey of continuous development
WA A grade electrical license and High Voltage Switching Ticket
Electrical Nominee License
Competent understanding of electrical schematics, isolation and permitting systems
A current Australian driver's license
Statutory Position Legal Exam – Statutory Supervisor is desirable
