Are you an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager with a strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory control? Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage supply chain, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs
- Plan and coordinate procurement activities in line with forecasted demand
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee regular stock audits
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Analyse operational data and generate reports to support decision-making
- Monitor compliance with food safety, transport, and OH&S regulations
- Supervise the distribution team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across the supply chain
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply or distribution management role
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and logistics systems
- Ability to analyse complex data and implement actionable improvements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with vendors and team members
- Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management software
- Familiarity with the Australian food distribution and warehousing environment (highly regarded)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams under pressure

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
