As a national leader in Home Care Packages, The CareSide operates from our head office in Perth, Western Australia, with remote offices across Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, and Queensland.
The Candidate:
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of others, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring towards clients.
The Role:
As a Support Worker/Carer in Melbourne VIC 3000, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities. This role requires 10 hours of work per week. The Carer must have a lot of availability who is centrally located.
It involves working with four different clients located in the Melbourne VIC 3000, each with a different schedule. You have the flexibility to choose to work only some hours with specific clients if you're unable to commit to all.
Type of care to be provided: Personal care, Companion care, and Domestic assistance

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Availability for overnight shifts during the week and weekends
- Experienced in disability support
- Manual handling
