Overview of role:
Seeking an experience Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a 2 year fixed term contract. The Talent Acquisition Advisor is a proactive and hands-on role responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent for Coliban Water.
This role will collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners (HRBP’s), and other stakeholders to understand talent needs, build candidate pipelines, and enhance the overall recruitment process.
Leveraging various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, this role will play a critical part in promoting a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be accountable for:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment practices including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance and on-boarding.
Build strategic talent strategies and recruitment plans with a focus on proactive talent sourcing methods.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organisation, providing subject matter expertise on contemporary recruitment and selection practices.
Collaborating with a fun, supportive team who celebrate each other's success.
About you:
Experience in Internal recruitment, agency, ideally with exposure to permanent placements. Comfortable managing high-volume recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging with hiring managers and external vendors.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in onboarding and calendar coordination.
Experience in proactive and creative sourcing approaches, with the ability to find top talent beyond job boards.
Experience using a HRIS system is preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment compliance, process, procedure and employment legislation.

Salary:
The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 3 $79,496- $90,097+ superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
