About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, working as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers across the business. You’ll play a key role in shaping a diverse, high-performing workforce, championing our values and helping us build teams that drive innovation, collaboration, and long-term success.
What You’ll Do:
In this exciting role, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering exceptional recruitment and onboarding experiences. You'll partner with hiring managers to truly understand their needs, sourcing top talent through platforms like SEEK and proactive search methods. Your expertise will guide managers through the recruitment journey, ensuring every step is seamless, inclusive, and aligned with business goals. You'll use data and insights to continuously improve our approach, refining processes and embracing innovation. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and contribute to key people and talent projects, whether it's improving our onboarding journey, rolling out new systems and policies, or enhancing diversity hiring strategies. Beyond recruitment, you'll coordinate engaging onboarding experiences and champion best-in-class systems like Workday and Enboarder. Your work will directly shape the way people join and thrive in our organisation.

You’re a passionate people professional who thrives on building meaningful connections and creating positive candidate and employee experiences. With experience across end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, you bring strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills to every interaction. You’re confident coaching hiring managers, navigating systems like Workday and Enboarder, and using data to drive smarter decisions. You enjoy being part of broader HR initiatives and have contributed to projects that improve systems, processes, and employee experiences. Always one step ahead, you proactively seek ways to innovate and deliver outcomes that align with both business goals and employee needs.
