The Talent Acquisition Specialist - Fleet / Transport role:
- Working with a team of experienced TA professionals at our Skygate office.
- You will be running the full recruitment cycle and responsible for East Coast Metro Driver Recruitment across capital cities of Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne, this includes the all the normal things like taking job briefs, advertising, screening, coordination of interviews as well as booking medicals and creating contracts.
- Engage regularly with your key stakeholders who are mainly Transport Managers and Senior Supply Chain Managers.
- Providing a high level of customer service to your stakeholders. Keeping them happy throughout the recruitment process is the key to success in this role.
- Using alternate recruitment platforms to find good people for our business. Seek Talent search, LinkedIn, Networking, Industry Group, Industry events and anything else you can think of. We're pretty open to new initiatives.
- You will have the broader team support with 50 years of combined experience in the recruitment game. There's 7 of us by the way.
What you need to be successful:
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, capable of dealing with all levels of the organisation
- Recruitment industry experience is preferred – internal experience or an agency recruiter who's over the sales side and enjoys the actual recruitment at a high volume.
- Amazing communications skills - both written and verbal. In other words you can get along well with people and can write a coherent email that your audience will understand
- Enjoy a laugh at work but still get the job done.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities. Each hiring manager believes their roles are the most critical, you know how to manage them to let them know that they really are number 1 for you.
- You know how to build strong rapport with your stakeholders. Some of which will be done remotely, so your video conferencing skills will be on point.
- Display exemplary customer service and relationship building skills to both internal and external stakeholders and strong influencing, consulting and advisory skills.
- Have a strong interest in using online platforms such as SEEK Premium Talent Search for strategic sourcing and talent pooling initiatives
