Join a Team That's Making a Real Difference
You will be joining our team full of passionate, friendly, and committed people! We aim to provide exceptional outcomes across our people-related functions and take pride in supporting inclusive and high-quality education and care services.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will coordinate the recruitment requirements of the business for your portfolio of services/locations across a distributed network.
This is a meaningful opportunity to help shape and grow teams who make a tangible impact, especially in recruiting educators and disability support workers who provide essential, individualised support to children and young people with disability in both Outside School Hours Care and NDIS settings. These staff play a critical role in delivering inclusive and engaging programs that promote wellbeing, safety, and development through tailored communication, personal care, and behavioural support.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment: creating job postings, candidate screening, interviews and offer management
- Collaborating with key stakeholders on open roles, including Program Managers and regional teams
- Proactively partnering with your portfolio to ensure clear communication and alignment across locations
- Identifying and attracting candidates with experience or interest in high support, inclusive education roles
- Ensuring a great candidate experience, particularly for specialist roles like high intensity educators, by managing a smooth and supportive recruitment process
- Ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely manner with suitably qualified candidates that align with our TheirCare values
- Collecting compliance documentation from candidates to meet legislative and safeguarding requirements in both OSHC and NDIS sectors
- Collaborating with the staff engagement team to ensure a positive and effective onboarding experience
To be successful in this role, you'll have a passion for the education sector and a strong interest in supporting inclusive programs that serve all children, particularly those with additional needs. You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing your work contribute to meaningful outcomes in real communities.
Beneficial skills & experience:
- Minimum 1 year's recruiting experience in a related field (agency, health care, hospitals, education, or retail)
- Experience recruiting within the NDIS or disability services sector is highly regarded
- Skilled in using applicant tracking systems such as Job Adder or LiveHire is beneficial but not essential
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to multitask across projects while maintaining attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a solution focused team
