The Opportunity
In partnership with the ADF and the Commonwealth, Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) provides aircraft maintenance and upgrades, component maintenance solutions, technical support, mission-critical infrastructure support, design and development, and training on some of the most capable surveillance, command, control, and combat platforms in the world.
BDA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high performing Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a designated program of work.
This role is based in our Adelaide office, with the opportunity to work a hybrid arrangement between office and home. This is a chance to join a highly motivated team in a dynamic, ever-changing business where the opportunities are endless.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BDA, you will:
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including (where applicable) briefing, advertising, screening, participation in interviews, offer generation, and coordination of onboarding experienc- e Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand recruitment needs, and support best practice attraction, assessment, and selection activities and processe

About you
This role requires strong solution orientation, a team first approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
To be successful in this role you will have:
