We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our APAC Customer Success team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted technical advisor for our partners, helping them unlock the full potential of their Kaseya products. You’ll work post-sale, building strong relationships, optimising product usage, and ensuring customers see measurable value from their investment.
What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of partners covering 4 products within one of our product suites.

Deliver technical guidance, best practice advice, and product health checks to ensure optimal setup and usage.

Build strong relationships with Account Managers to drive engagements and adoption.

Identify opportunities for product expansion and partner growth, contributing to sales performance goals.

Work closely with Professional Services for scoping and handover of larger, customised projects.

Represent the voice of the customer internally to help shape product improvements.
Success in This Role Means
