About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Perth on a permanent basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will drive continuous improvements and promote best practices in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.

Duties will include but not limited to
  • Build strong relationships and partner with hiring managers to define their needs and provide recruitment advice.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across all hiring levels.
  • Talent sourcing for White-Collar and Blue-Collar vacancies.
  • Create a positive candidate experience across the full recruitment process.
  • Posting advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screening of candidates to confirm suitability for the vacancy.
  • Interviewing candidates in person with Hiring Managers and via Microsoft Teams.
  • Ensuring compliance of candidates in the onboarding stages.
  • Creating employment contracts and offering candidates.
Requirements & Experience Needed
  • 1-2 years’ experience in fast paced high-volume blue-collar recruitment.
  • Previous experience in talent attraction and designing recruitment advertising.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting projects.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment including admin duties.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, driven & an ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to build & maintain relationships across different stakeholder groups.
