SEE Group have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Helensvale based People & Culture team. This is a full-time position reporting to the Recruitment Lead.
This opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent to help us achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities will include:
- End to end recruitment across a diverse range of roles
- Providing specialised recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers
- Represent SEE Group at careers fairs and other forums
- Providing support for the day-to-day operations of People and Culture duties supported by the People and Culture Team
- Assist with the development and implementation of People and Culture projects.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the construction or related industries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
- Experience in proactive sourcing and talent pooling
- Have a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong computer literacy including various applicant tracking systems, MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong proven experience dealing with internal stakeholders and external candidates
