About the role:
You will provide high-quality administrative support to the Division, including assistance with meetings, briefings, and correspondence. Using your initiative, you will prioritise tasks and manage workflows to support the delivery of frontline regulatory operations.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and track follow-up actions to support team operations.
- Prepare and distribute routine documents and communications in line with established standards.
- Manage work allocation and workflows to meet priorities and deadlines.
- Provide general administrative support, including diary/email management and stakeholder communication.
- Organise and attend meetings, including minute-taking when required.
- Follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in providing administrative support services; experience within government is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with general records management skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Sound understanding of government structures, policies, and procedures (preferred).
