- $99,022 - $111,457 plus 30.15% shift allowance plus 12% Superannuation
- 4 days on / 4 days off roster; 11-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 12:00am

About the role
As a Community Safety Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Community Safety Officers, focused on enhancing the city's safety, security, and amenity. You will lead, manage and develop your Community Safety Team to ensure operational excellence and alignment with operational targets.
You’ll be responsible for guiding your team in delivering high-quality, assertive compliance programs that improve the perception of safety and effectively manage complex issues. This includes overseeing dynamic and adaptable enforcement programs, fostering a supportive and safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
You'll engage with the community, addressing concerns, providing guidance, and collaborating with Victoria Police and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. Your leadership will inspire and mentor your team, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle various situations and deliver quality results.

About you
You bring a strong background in community safety, enforcement, and public engagement, along with proven leadership experience guiding a high-performing team. Known for managing complex situations and making decisions under pressure, you excel in interpreting legislative frameworks and working independently.
Your top-notch customer service and stakeholder skills allow you to handle interactions with tact and courtesy. You remain calm and composed in challenging situations, and your excellent communication skills help you connect with a broad range of stakeholders.
