We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team, reporting to the Customer Operations Lead.

The Team Leader provides high-level support to the operations of the Adelaide Metro InfoCentre and Adelaide Metro InfoLine. The effective supervision and development of Customer Service Officers (CSOs) is a key responsibility and paramount to the success of the operation.

Daily management of operational activities includes, providing specialist support for technical product and system enquiries, security and balancing of significant cash holdings and handling real time escalated complaints from public transport customers.

The role is also required to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders, both internal and external, contributing to cross functional programs of work and administrative requirements.

Special Conditions
Prior to employment with the Department the successful candidate will be required to provide:


  • A National Police Check (NPC) which must be renewed every three years.
  • A Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

Work outside of normal hours, weekends and public holidays may be required. This includes working on a 7-day roster, subject to negotiation and industrial arrangements.

Some intra/interstate travel may be required.

Tenure of Vacancy
Temporary appointment up to 12 months.

Remuneration
ASO4 - $76,561 to $80,256 pa + superannuation.
