Job Description
You will lead a dynamic and tight knit team within our Brisbane branch based on Eagle St, Brisbane CBD. Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your Occupational Rehabilitation career and lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service delivery in supporting people return to health, work and life!
Relocation support is provided for interstate candidates looking for a move to Sunny QLD! We are considering applications across both Brisbane & Sunshine Coast.
Key accountabilities include:
- Lead, coach and support a team of consultants to deliver high quality occupational rehab services
- Drive team performance in achieving positive RTW outcomes and meeting billable targets
- Support onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members
- Overseeing quality assurance, file reviews and compliance with service standards
- Foster a high performing, values driven team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
- Tertiary allied health qualifications
- Current Full Professional Registration/Accreditation/Membership with AHPRA, AASW, ESSA or ASORC.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role preferred;
- Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
