  • Assisting with Client Relationship Management (CRM) entries, business reporting, information management, and knowledge sharing.
  • Providing administrative support for winning work opportunities (proposals), including coordinating inputs from the team, assisting with the quality and readability of the documents, and supporting the finalisation of submissions..
  • Assist with tracking team resources to ensure effective project delivery and workload balancing.
  • Working closely with Project Coordinators in other regions and the Executive Assistant to the Program Performance Leader to provide support and cover as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Your personality and approach will make all the difference in this role. You’re agile, proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented, thriving in an environment where no two days are the same. You love problem-solving, learning, and collaborating to bring fresh ideas to life.
Ideally, you bring:
  • Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and build relationships.
  • Excellent written communication, including procurement and technical document preparation.
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
  • Be an Australian Citizen and eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
