About the Role:
The Child Health & Development Team Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the wellbeing of children and families in the community. Drawing on broad clinical experience and growing expertise—whether generalist or specialist—they lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of integrated health and development services tailored to local needs. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the coordinator also supports the growth of the next generation of health professionals by providing guidance to less experienced colleagues, assistants, and students. As a key member of a dynamic, multi-professional team, they champion a holistic approach that blends prevention, early intervention, targeted treatment, and ongoing evaluation to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

About You:
- Must hold a recognised qualification within a relevant Allied Health Profession and be eligible for practicing membership of the relevant Professional Association. For those professions requiring Registration, all requirements to obtain and maintain current registration must be fulfilled. For self-regulated professions it is desirable to participate in the professional association accredited continuing professional development program.
- Provide professional services to client groups in complex situations, applying both generalist and specialist knowledge.
- Exercise professional judgment in selecting and adapting established methods and techniques.
- Offer clinical and consultative services across various settings, including individual, group, and health promotion activities.
- Manage personal workload and support others in workload management, including resource allocation.

- This is a part time vacancy, working 45 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
