About the job:
This role manages DEEPAL Aftersales technical operations, ensuring dealer technicians can diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards. It delivers technical training, supports complex EV diagnostics, and liaises with the OEM to resolve field issues, ensuring timely, accurate solutions across the dealer network.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver face-to-face and virtual technical training for DEEPAL dealer technicians, including onboarding, NEV systems, and emerging technologies like ADAS.
- Develop and maintain training content, assessments, and hands-on modules aligned with DEEPAL Global standards; travel internationally for OEM training.
- Provide in-field technical support, mentoring, and diagnostics assistance to technicians and Aftersales Managers across the dealer network.
- Monitor and analyse technical trends using FPRS, resolving recurring issues and supporting product rectification and reporting.
- Collaborate with OEMs, engineers, and internal teams to manage recalls, service campaigns, and technical communications.
- Oversee technical support operations, ensure compliance with training KPIs, and promote a customer-first culture across the network.
About you:
- More than 3 years technical experience in distribution or workshop settings, with exposure to dealership service operations and NEV systems.
- Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and drive results in dynamic environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s licence required; must be willing to travel nationally and internationally for dealer support.
