We’re looking for a Technical Services Coordinator to bridge the gap between the workshop floor and technical documentation, ensuring projects run smoothly from strip and inspect through to final QA sign-off.
This role is perfect for:
A engineer seeking practical workshop exposure, or
A skilled tradesperson ready to transition into a technical support and oversight role.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating technical data collection during strip and inspect projects
Preparing customer reports and annotated inspection documentation
Drafting sequenced work method statements and compliance records
Compiling QA-compliant job dossiers for project handover
Liaising with workshop, project, and QA teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Supporting ISO 9001 quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives
Providing hands-on support to trade or engineering teams when required
What you’ll bring:
Strong mechanical literacy and workshop operations knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
High attention to detail and commitment to quality documentation
Clear, confident communication skills across all levels
Exposure to ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
