We get it.
A studio manager role is most fulfilling when you’re out there, building connections and changing lives while growing a studio. That’s when you’re in flow.
At BFT Wentworth Point, that’s exactly where we want you to be — leading from the front, driving results, and building something meaningful.
This isn’t a full time desk job. You’ll be hands-on with members, running sessions, team culture, and the business. That includes driving performance in key areas like sales, rollovers, and retention. You’ll need to be confident working with scripts, making sales calls, handling membership rollovers, and proactively retaining and re-engaging members.
You’ll be supported with strong leadership, mentoring, and an extended team around you. And most importantly — a genuine, no-ego community of members and coaches to lead and grow.
