What You’ll Bring:
  • A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Social Welfare (or a related diploma plus a graduate certificate in trauma or child protection).
  • At least 3 years of experience working with vulnerable children and young people.
  • At least 2 years of team leadership experience in a care or support setting.
  • A strong understanding of trauma-informed care, child protection, and crisis management.
  • A current Working with Children Check and Criminal History Check.
Why Join Us?
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 to increase your take-home pay.
  • Flexible Work arrangement = work 3 days in allocated house and 2 days from home or office.
  • Supportive, values-driven culture.
  • Professional development and leadership growth opportunities.
  • Employee Assistance Program offering free, confidential support.
  • Be part of a mission-driven organisation making a lasting impact in the Community.
