The Opportunity -
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is looking for a Training Scheduler Lead who will join the P-8A Poseidon Training team. In this role you will program and coordinate all training activities for the P-8A Poseidon at RAAF Base Edinburgh.
As a Training Scheduler Lead within BDA, you will be:
Responsible for the support of scheduling and coordination of tasks regarding Fight Crew, Mission Crew and Maintenance training.-
Supporting the successful coordination of all training continuum course delivery, including synthetic training device booking
- . Support programming of planned simulation device upgrade activities and asset allocation to meet training schedules
- . Conduct training system health and utilisation analysis, and generate reports to support performance measurement frameworks

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
Resource and asset scheduling and coordination experienc- e Experience working in Defence operational flying squadrons, or in a similar environment including the use of flight programming tool
- s Excellent organisational and communication skill
- s Configuration and data management experienc
- e Understanding of Defence Training requirement
