The Opportunity -

Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is looking for a Training Scheduler Lead who will join the P-8A Poseidon Training team. In this role you will program and coordinate all training activities for the P-8A Poseidon at RAAF Base Edinburgh.

As a Training Scheduler Lead within BDA, you will be:

Responsible for the support of scheduling and coordination of tasks regarding Fight Crew, Mission Crew and Maintenance training.
    Supporting the successful coordination of all training continuum course delivery, including synthetic training device booking

  • Support programming of planned simulation device upgrade activities and asset allocation to meet training schedules
  • .
  • Conduct training system health and utilisation analysis, and generate reports to support performance measurement frameworks

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

Resource and asset scheduling and coordination experienc

  • Experience working in Defence operational flying squadrons, or in a similar environment including the use of flight programming tool

  • Excellent organisational and communication skill

  • Understanding of Defence Training requirement
