Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage mobilisation logistics for shutdown crews
- Provide onsite support to planning teams during shutdowns as required
- Arrange commercial and domestic flights and accommodation
- Respond to travel-related queries and provide timely support
- Communicate with internal departments and external contractors
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring high data quality and consistency
Qualifications and Experience
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Great attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A positive, professional attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Commitment to safety and adherence to Fortescue’s Life Saving Choices
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role
