Job Description

What you will do:
Are you a creative dynamo ready to make your mark across Australia’s best holiday parks and resorts? If you love juggling multiple projects, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want your work seen from coast to coast, this is your moment! You’ll be the creative engine behind social and digital advertising, eye-catching print campaigns, and the design admin that keeps our brand looking sharp across more than 50 properties.
- Social & Digital Advertising: Bring our parks to life with scroll-stopping visuals and videos for social and digital campaigns.
- Print Advertising: Design and deliver everything from brochures to banners, signage to posters—always on brand and always on time.
- Design Admin: Keep our digital assets in line, maintain brand guidelines, and stay on top of file management and artwork prep.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with a broad crew—marketing, operations, suppliers, and more—to deliver creative solutions that wow.
- Brand Ambassador: Champion the NRMA Parks & Resorts vibe, values, and vision in every project.
What you will bring:
- Qualifications: Diploma in Graphic Design.
- Experience: 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering across multiple brands or clients.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Mac skills, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat), and bonus points for Figma and Contentful know-how.
- Design Chops: Up-to-date with industry trends, exceptional attention to detail, and a creative spark that never fizzles.
- Organisation: Systematic with file structures, and archiving; able to juggle competing deadlines and priorities.
- People Skills: Friendly, energetic, and able to build rapport and communicater with confidence with everyone from park managers to external suppliers.
- Brand Guardian: Experience managing brand assets and style guides, with a knack for keeping things consistent and polished
